5 - 1. And Ovechkin just fucking destroyed Backstrom!

Zyprexy is a ridiculously busy bunny all day with the Ziltoid comic. We made out a rough storyboard direction last night and she got cracking on the proper thing today...

Image

That's the result so far - the first page images. All done in watercolour paints... She's just waiting on them to dry now before she gets cracking on the shading and perfection of them. And then dialogue boxes and stuff shall follow on from that. Not bad progress for a day!

Oh, but Crosby takes it from Ovechkin and scores on a breakaway! 6-1!

This is pretty impressive. You guys might want to consider posting it as a web-comic or something. It's a rising industry.

Pondering about guitars... I went down to the guitar shop and they ordered a few 068-070s for me, if they don't fit in my 7 string I may just go GCGCGC on my 6-string Ibanez since it has a Floyd Rose. Could be funneh! Never use the high E in open C anyhoo.

woehu WHY?! That E adds so much to that tuning! Try tuning it down to Eb for a nice open C minor tuning ;)

Enslaved eh... When I met Opeth in Bergen I recognized the vocalist dude from Enslaved, he was in Stavanger as well, thought we'd get a surprise warmup from them.

Hm, ya think? Especially him though. That face is epic, and his hair could take on anyone's hair here. Even post hair cut.

I thought I was a bastard for a lot of reasons :} Yeah I'm sorry dude. I'll take pictures, hopefully they'll come out well, the ones I took from the last one turned out pretty nice for phone pictures.

I was really thinking that, but wasn't going to say it. I was hoping someone else would so I could lol's.

Reuters.com is awesome.

Living in the united states of America, your source of news is limited to such choices as FOX, substantially right-wing biased, NBC, substantially left-wing biased, and CBS and ABC, somewhere in the middle. All of which reported Anna Nicole Smith's death for three days, that's two days more than any other, more worthy news story at the time (Darfur, North Korea, ect). All of which are highly nationalist. There has never been a slow news day in the past year... except for those guys. If you're lucky, you get BBC, who's better, but still not substantial enough.

Thank you, Reuters. Thank you for continuing to cover subjects like the swine flu and North Korea's antics and not stopping because "people will get bored with it". Thank you for maintaining the most impressive foreign coverage there is, so those of us in this country who want to live outside a box can stay informed with what's going on in that other part of the world that's NOT the united states. Thank you for giving me the FACTS about politicians and their histories, and not their outfits or their speech impediments. Thank you for your economic coverage (both foreign and national) that is in-depth AND accurate as can be. Thank you for remaining incredibly objective at all times, as the only place I've found an editorial on your website is in the editorial section (and they are awesome). But most of all, thank you, Reuters, for your integrity and dedication to providing the news free of charge.

(PS: Frost*'s cover is better :P )
