Can't have thunder without lightning. As a weatherman, I can tell you that this is true.

This seriously pisses me off because it was not easy to get over 200 rounds for that thing!

Don't you have an old backup savegame?

That's why I usually make 2 savegames, and alternate every save between the two. If something gets messed up, you can go back without losing too much.

Even better to have more savegames, one for every critical point or so. Especially in Fallout since it has so many different paths through the game and once you've finished the main quest, you can't play anymore.

And I prefer weather girls, sorry.

Yeah, but the lightning is what's doing the attack.

Of course I have a backup save, tons of them. But I do not know when or how it happened to me.

Plus with the Broken Steel expansion, you get to play after the "last" quest :P

Alright. So going back through my saves I found that I had my alien power cells before going into The Pitt. In the Pitt, I did not have them. Back tracking through there, I found them on the ground in front of the gate before you lose your gear during the Pitt, I didnt grab them after I dropped my stuff trying to keep it before going into Downtown. They kind of rolled away. But I found them none the less!

This actually is a bit ominous for the future of a lot of unfinished games :(

I'm currently playing Super Metroid again after not having played that one for 14 years or so...I forgot how awesome it is, even if it's really old.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Awesome! It's like another Ninja Gaiden only not ridiculously hard. The gore is amazing haha. Watching Wolverine take damage is as fun as dishing it out. His ribs become exposed with explosions, and heal up rather quickly in a pretty impressive display.

So far I dig it a lot!

Anyone played Mirror's Edge? It shouldn't be nominated for best game of the year (or even come close), but it's pretty fun. Great soundtrack, too.

The soundtrack was composed by this guy, who will be releasing it on May 19th. His other work is pretty phenomenal, too: http://www.solarfields.com/

They'll make a sequel. It was pretty much set up at the end of the game.

Side note: That game has the most realistic crunch sound for falling off a building.
