I like mostly metal bands, but I listen to a lot of "popular" bands too. Mars Voltay stuff is my favourite to listen to mindlessly. New Order-esque old-school choons are nice when I want cheese. Then there's the Gojiras and Borknagars for my metal fix. And just other random bluegrass stuff, ambient (Alcest, God is an Astronaut ♥ ), ridiculous and silly (Robbie Williams, Aerosmith).

I guess it's only natural for people to talk about metally bands on a board discussing a metal artist. I'm just SO SICK OF HEARING ABOUT PORCUPINE TREE. Even though they're really nice. If I see Colon Edfaces stupid bald head one more time I'll implode or something.

I threw a topic which wasn't supposed to be on a coherent topic into a tangent, thus continuing the beautiful topic.

Someone asked a question about Porcupine Tree, that's why it came up. You're free to voice opinions here, as this is a forum, but so is everyone else; you get to speak freely, so everyone else should be able to as well without being told it's annoying. No one is forcing you to read every comment about Porcupine Tree.

Well he sure can, with all his inhuman might. The fact that he did fucking All Shall Perish songs with the solos and just about every song by The Faceless is insane. Let alone he figured out almost all of After The Burial's new album on a 6 string...they play 8 strings...

Does anyone know anything about cacti or succulents? I've been having some trouble with mine - they keep getting sun-scorched; but such plants are supposed to be able to handle triple digit heat, and direct sunlight. Mine tend to get browned and shriveled in said conditions. It's unbelievable I don't know why it keeps happening, maybe someone has some insight?
