I like it.

That's just your affinity for wood, I think.

Also, maybe Leech just needed to vent?

I apologize.

I NEED YOUR HALP!

http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/source/i ... women.html

http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/ancient/ ... ncode.html

Give me your BRIEF thoughts on the first document (Logical basis of decisions, values of the time, how men/women were valued, how is sex seen). The second is just for comparison, not really too necessary.

PLS think of it in a historical context. Meaning no "OMG SEXISM".

In b4 tl;dr.

I wish I could point you in the direction of my history tutor. He lives for this sort of stuff (medieval history I mean.. not brandishing his pork sword).

Personally, the 13th century's a little outside of my knowledge..

Sweet, but I wasn't asking you for your prior knowledge of the 13th century, i was asking you read that document (Shorter than it looks) and give your opinion. All facts needed are provided. :P

That's both kinda interesting, and totally terrifying. It's strange how much we've 'developed' since then. (I say 'developed' cause I guess it's a grey area, really. As some people are equally barbaric still.)

There seems to quite the heavy hand of justice/revenge, but some of it seems completely irrational, and I just can't comprehend/understand it. Men appear to have less things to be punished over than women, but the punishment can be just as harsh. Men also have more power. (Thats kinda obvious.)

The view on sex is strange. It seems as if they wish to keep things pure, yet as far as I can tell, prostitution is fine, provided you are unveiled, and not someones wife. Which, would be quite the opposite of pure.

I dunno. That's all I can really point out there... Good luck! Heehee.
