Beyond good and evil was fucking ace! Bought it and played it to the max when it came out on the ps2 - i am certainly getting it again once it's out here in europe. Certainly one of the best games i've played. It provided lots of lulz back in the day :)

it's a 'downloadable only' game...for now anyways. And it was released in Europe on Xbox live already. Not sure about PSN :)

oh and to all you fellow Mass Effect addicts: The Arrival will be released on March 29th. So get yourself some PSN or MS points!

Beyond good and evil hasn't been released on psn yet :( atleast not up here in finland...

Oh well I guess i'll just have to pass some time playing mass effect 2 in the meantime :D great game that too.

Maybe someone here can help me with something in the ps3 version of the game. There's supposed to be this comic in it that explains mass effect 1 and lets you do the choices you would have done in the first part and that would carry over to ME2. WEll, where is it? I just can't seem to find it anywhere and i downloaded the cerberus pack which it should have come with... confused.

Actually i'll just google it :P

From top left to bottom right. Scorpion; Liu Kang; Kung Lao; Sub-Zero; Sindel; Ermac; Reptile; Kitana; Johnny Cage; Jade; Mileena; Nightwolf; Cyrax; Noob Saibot; Smoke; Sektor; Sonya; Jax; Kano; Stryker; Shang Tsung; Baraka; Kabal; Raiden. Bottom row has Sheeva and Quan Chi in the middle. On Sheeva's right is a cyber Sub-Zero which should be unlockable by the Cold Fusion achievement, like Quan-Tease (character left of Quan Chi).

As loosely translated from a Dutch game-website.

looks like everyone that matters is included....and I already read about DLC characters that will include Motaro. I hope they won't go overboard too much with DLC. Although they probably will. I'm sure all the pre-order stuff will be made available as DLC too.

downloaded and played through The Arival and it's great! One of the best DLCs for ME2! It's right up there with Lair of the Shadow Broker, in my opinion.

Really now. You're the first person I've heard to say this, as overall I've heard it's been entirely disappointing.

I do hope you're right.

well, I think Shadow Broker was as successful as it was because of Liara. And yes, this one plays a bit different as you go through the mission solo without your squad. But I enjoyed the story telling, the add-on starts out with a stealth mission which is cool too (or at least you can play it that way), it wasn't too short either. Took me about 90 minutes, which is OK seeing how Shadow Broker wasn't really longer but more expensive. I think people are just complaining for the sake of it. ME2 got several DLCs that were fun and enjoyable as opposed to either of the 2 DLCs for ME1 which were pretty bad, especially the 2nd one.

No one's going to disagree with that, that's for sure. My roommate was whining via text this morning.

Finished Crysis 2. Surprisingly longer than I had expected. Ending was pretty typical, and even though they brought on some acclaimed sci-fi writer(forget his name) the story really wasn't as coherent as I had hoped. I really want to know why most of the aliens from the first game just suddenly weren't around and were replaced by much less fearsome enemies.

just started playing it a few days ago. I know it's almost heresy to say that but I think graphically it's a bit of a mixed bag. It's huge and all that but the framerate is not all that good (that was probably to be expected, but a bad or inconsistent framerate usually annoys me, heh), textures are sometimes great and other times not so great, there's quite a lot of pop-up all over the place, in trees for example. That just jumped into my eyes in the first few minutes of the game and was kinda distracting. Also there's lots of floating objects. When I shot down that first helicopter and it crashed into the building, quite a few parts of the helicopter and a body were stuck in the air. It just seems like the game could have used more polish in general.

I only played the game for about 3 to 4 hours so far though and I must say when you reach the part of the game where the city is all messed up and it's raining...that looks pretty awesome. I'm surprised though that I so far only had to fight off soldiers and those Predator-like aliens. I hope there will be a bit more variety when it comes to enemies the further you get.
