Someone recommend a good surround sound system for me. I don't want it attached to my TV, I just want it for playing music.

That's always a bad idea, try increasing your DPI instead.

I dont need bigger than that. It already takes up a big enough space on my desk(my monitor is in a little cut in on this big fucking desk thing my parents got me years ago)
