all I can say about the dingoo is that i've played Mega Man 2 on it while listening to Physicist on the same device. that's pretty rad.

That's awesome. I love Mega Man!
The one thing I didn't get much insight into was what games/systems could or couldn't be played with sound. It seems a lot of things (particularly the more intensive stuff) get real laggy with BGM on. So I'm pretty surprised to hear you can emulate whilst listening to music, didn't know you could do that :)

so damn hard and frustrating too though! But I guess that's what makes Mega Man sooooo great. Loved Mega Man 9 and 10 too. I was really happy to see that the makers of these 2 games decided to keep them as oldschool as possible and they totally nailed it!

best Mega Man 2 theme

After years of putting it off and waiting for the series to be finished in however many more years I caved and bought all the available books in the Song of Fire and Ice series. Can't wait to get into them... Now that I'm finished college I can finally start reading non-academically again after all these years.

You are in for a hell of a ride. It is an amazing series. I wanted to read them over again so I'd be ready for the next one coming out in July, but they are packed away and I cannot remember where. lol

Amorphis - The Beginning Of Times Stunning piece of work, love it.

Turisas - Stand Up And Fight Some pretty epic battle hymns here, and these guys really know how to pull of an entertaining gig.

Some fine balsamic vinegar. Kinda expensive, but delicious, it fits with everything, vegetables, fruits, meat, cheese, even ice cream, I could it that all day. :D

Amorphis. I was tempted to get that. I really liked some of the songs from Skyforger that I heard, but never got round to buying the CD. I heard a teaser of their new album and was worried it might be a bit too same-y with "verse, half-catchy-chorus, verse, half-catchy-chorus" stuff... but if you say It's stunning, I may buy it :)

And Turisas. I was really surprised with that album. I listened to Stand Up and Fight (song) before the album was out, and was kinda disappointed. Then I got the album, listened to it once, and again, was kinda disappointed. Then I listened to it more... and started to really "see" it. Now I think it's great. I love the "stadium rock" / "theatre" / "musical" sort of feel it has going. Now I just wish it wasn't only 45 minutes long...

Good Book about 'Ol David Bowie. First pages is a nice read on his family and birthplace. Still not finished yet so I have nothing to say about it at this point :) .

2 Tickets for me and a mate to see Soundwave Rev, hell yeah 8) . There's not actually a lot of bands that I want to see here, I'm only in it for Gojira, Van Halen, Machine Head, Alter Bridge, Whitechapel and the mighty Dev of course! This is my first music festival, so its definitely worth it :D .

A brand spankin new Schecter C-7 lefty to toy with (I got the one without the floating bridge). First 7-string guitar too so don't judge me :D . I basically want to use this for a while, just to get used to the whole 7-string change, before looking into a better one. Great to jam with and the Duncan designed active HB-105 pickups do its job too.

I don't usually post images along with my purchases. However, I'm feeling a little visual today.
