I remember seeing that on Web Junk 20 or whatever that show is called. Some other good videos are It Only Takes a Second (work safety video, hilarious!), the farting pig cartoon (someone tell me what country it's from?), and the guy ringing a bell at a football game so it looks like he's masturbating.
