I can't say enough about how much Dime affected everyone I know that listens to heavy metal. He got me into metal in the first place when Metallica just weren't good enough. Besides Fredrik Thordendal, I've never heard a better metal guitarist than Dime. So last night we recorded some riffs for him and got really fucken blind to Pantera and Damageplan. God bless him.

Amen Greg. Apart from the recording part, several of us did the same last night down here in Geelong.
Local noise laws be fucked.

We did the same thing here in Esbjerg, Denmark.
We saw a bunch of Pantera DVD's and listened to the music and drank beer in honor of one of THE BEST metal guitar players!
Let's metal!

It's a very sad time in the world of metal.... And at Christmas too
.
Still.... It's encouraged me to keep going with playing the guitar. I'm even giving up playing the Viola (I've quite lost my liking for it after 7 years) to focus on guitar. I think the least we can do is to keep rocking, for Dimebag.
