xxxxxx (LOOK AT MY LATER REPLIES FOR UPDATED VERSION)

The first is Truth, the second is Deadhead. I worked on Truth for a while...a few of the chords are just completely buried in the mix, like the first section where he starts singing Hallelujah is pretty impenetrable. I do have the live video from Terria Bonus Disc, which is where i got the fingerings for things, but that section is still a mess. I haven't bothered finishing the bass yet, either. Deadhead is a lot easier so far, but I've only done the first minute! That is all.

Kickass! Nice job! I'd really like to see Deadhead finished!

And I still think that
13
8
is the showof way of playing it... I was kind of surprised seeing Devin play it like that knowing you can play it a lot easier with
8
x
8

But hell... I guess being a showoff is pretty cool from time to time ;)

Yeah, it's definitely the showoff way of playing it. It sounds a little bit thicker, though, and it's fun to stretch like that, AND he definitely does it in the video, so I left it as is. :D

Yeah, I'm actually having a lot of fun tabbing Deadhead, so I'll do some more of it today sometime. Definitely my favorite song on that album.

Alright, now I have up to the first verse! It's going pretty well I think, it's just sort of hard to tell what guitar is playing what.

Alright, I think I've had enough of tabbing this song for today...I have MOST of the guitar now I guess. I stopped at that dual lead thing that's towards the end.

I did the bass up to the beginning of the last verse and guitar up to the beginning of that dual lead break thing at about 6:20 :P

It's called powertab, download it from here:

If you have a mac and want the exported text versions/exported midi I can send you those.

The tab is really good...and useful...but the fingering is quite different from the way Dev plays it live. The intro notes are the same, but on a different part of the fret-board. I like ur tabs bro!
