Devin cover I did...... (Suicide)

I have posted the link in the Devin Townsend Band discussion page. Please feel free to ask me anything you want about the process here. The basic details are as follows:
I played a few different Gibson Les Pauls for the rhythm (a Custom and a Standard), a Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 for the bridge overdubs and my Ibanez RG7620 for the solo. I used a Marshall TSL100 through a Marshall cabinet for this recording as it was done over a year ago and I had not yet bought my Mesa Boogie. I also used a Digitech preamp for some parts and Amplitube for the bridge section. The guitars were miced with a Shure SM57 and a weird raygun looking Senheiser.
I played a Paul Reed Smith bass though a Trace Elliot tube combo, plus DIed the bass using an STK direct box.
I played/programmed the keys using a MIDI controller keyboard triggering sounds from a Roland JV1010 sound module.
I programmed the drums in Logic Audio using sounds from a friends sample bank.
I sang into an MXL condensor mic.
I produced and mixed this in Pro Tools LE, the experience of which made me realize how much I prefer Logic Audio. That is the platform I have used ever since.
