Lil Squanch
-------------
Great song, I love the hardcore/punk side of this song. Reminds me somewhere of Phil Anselmo's Superjoint Ritual. The guitar solo and breaks are really cool. I'm probably one of the only one on this forum who listens to punk, so I like the shortness of the song. Just a powerful short 2 minute song. The production also sounds good; I like the power of the guitars and vocals. It sounds good both on headphones as on my home stereo. Is Devin producing this stuff?

Again a great punk intro, but an unexpected metal riff starts playing. I like it that the riff just keeps continuing itself almost throughout the entire song. Reminds me a bit of Queens of The Stone Age and the new Metallica sound (and this is not an insult, because I like St. Anger). Unfortunately I don't really like the structure of this song, it's kinda boring, but this is kind of normal with this kind of music, so it's nothing personal. I'd love to hear some unexpected pre choruses, or shortened verses. Again the vocals are really powerful and a great production. I don't really understand the metal "AAAAH" on 2:13. It doesn't really the fit the rest of the song, but that's my opinion.
I like Lil' Squanch the best; it could be a great record opener, and even the first song of a setlist. As I said before, I like the combination of punk/hardcore with metal, but I'm guessing you will reach more hardcore / metalcore fans with this music, which fortunately, I am. I would love to see you guys play live, because this music has a lot of energy, I can't wait to see how you guys bring this energy to the gig and to the audience. Be sure to post a message when the record is going to be released, because I am hungry for more
(Oh .. and release it on vinyl ..pllleeaasseee)
