Humble tabs/chords/music

I'd like to have some kind of tabs for it, or chords or whatever way to describe the music. So does anyone have this, or know where to find it or even write it his/herself (this sentence doesn't make sense I guess... hope you get the idea).
I do have a guitar but I can barely play it. And this hidden sounds real easy to play so I wanted to try it. Just the little accoustic guitar part of course. Can anyone help me?
