Haha, that was freakin' awesome dude! Kinda reminds me of old In Flames and Edge Of Sanity if they were to do a cover of this. Even without vocals, it kicked my ass. Fantastic work man :D.

OK I'm doing the vocals right now but I don't understand your arrangement so I just wanted to ask you some things....

What's going on with the last chorus? It sort of doubles in the middle, I don't know what you want the vocals to do there, how did you percieve the lyrics as corresponding with the music there so I know how to do it?

And the first chorus, after the VAMPIRAAAAAA you have the chorus go through again, do you want vocals over that bit too or was that going to be a guitar solo or what? I can do guitar solos for you, that is no problem just let me know what you want where.

OK I've recorded, edited and mixed the vocals, now I just have to do the guitar solos and I'll upload it tomorrow.

Wow...is this recorded on a computer? If so, what is your setup? That guitar tone is fucking killer!!!!!

No matter how hard I try I cant get anything good like that :(

Quad tracked guitars with Schecter 007 Blackjack in standard 7-string tuning (BEADGBE), using GHS Boomer .011-.056 strings picked with Dunlop Delrin 2mm purple pick into an Engl Powerball (Lo Lead channel, Gain 2, Bass 4, Mid-Focused 10, Treble 7, channel volume 10, Master volume 1, Presence 7, Depth punch 6) with an Engl Vintage 2x12" cab (Celestion V30)

All guitars have 100 Hz Highpass with Q 1.4 and -6.2 dB notch at 707 Hz.

Guitar 1 is panned 100% L
Guitar 2 is panned 100% R
Guitar 3 is panned 80% L
Guitar 4 is panned 80% R

Lead tracks have a double delay at 1/4 synch with 25% mix with original.

BASS

Bass is done with Reason 3.0 using Subtractor (Bass Guitar preset) with the mod wheel at 52/128. Following plugins in the same order in the chain:

1) Compression (Kjaerhus Classic Compressor)

Vocal preset
Threshold -20 dB
Ratio 2.5:1
Soft knee
0.5 ms attacks
35 ms release
8.4 dB level

2) Compression (Ultrafunk Sonitus fx:Compression)

Threshold 0 dB
Ratio 1.0:1
Knee 10 dB
Gain 0 dB
Attack 15 ms
Release 200 ms
Limiter: On

3) EQ (Q10 Paragraphic EQ)

117 Hz @ +2.3 dB (Q 7)
351 Hz @ -12.3 dB (Q 24.6)
799 Hz @ +3 dB (Q 62.7)

4) Tube distortion plugin (Antares TubeVST)

Red side +6.4 dB

DRUMS

Drums are done with Drumkit from Hell Multi Format (original) sampled through Battery 1.0 (no processing)

FX
rhino & Absynth 3 with some effects thrown around.

MASTER
Just a mild limiting done with L2 to cut off two small clips.
