I have visual arts class in school and we were given a task to draw someone with a characteristic gaze

As i was drawing that fox tattoo I started to wonder is it a cartoon character and how many tattoos does Devin have Anyone know?

Awesome drawing. The tattoos on his arms, and the Canada tattoo on his right leg are the only ones I am aware of.
