They get torn while they're in there. I wouldn't put them in.
The other day I had lost my last pair of lenses and, because I haven't got my glasses changed in a long while, they weren't much help, so I had to walk around myopic the whole day. The weird thing is I noticed I'm alot calmer in public when I can't see. Maybe it's because I can't see people's faces, and so I'm not compelled to look in their eyes, and so they're not compelled to look in mine?
Uh... yeah, quite paranoid.
My glasses look like Devy's. Wee!
