Do you know what Physicist sounds like to me? Energy music. Namaste, Material, Kingdom...these songs just sound like a wall of positive energy to me. Maybe it's how he blends the guitars and keyboards, or how intense the vocals are. It's not metal in the traditional sense. There's another element to it, and energy is the only way I can explain it...

Material, the only song on the album I took to after the first listen. I would come to enjoy most of it in time, but that one caught me quick and never let go. The chorus gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to it.
Mmh I chose Planet Rain at that time, now I would choose Death !
Such a crazy/messy song ! Ar first I didn' tlike it, and now I start right on this one, or Kindgom, as its intermittent riffs is a good intro to Death >:)
Then it goes on to Devoid and The Complex, like a sort of Aftermath-like with 2 breaks in it, mmmmmh ^^

I really like this album, it makes me happy everytime i listen to it.
The songs i like the most are Namaste, Victim, Jupiter, and this little tune that is Devoid. So i'm going to vote for the last one
There is one song i don't really like : Material, it sounds like a song for children.
And i agree with Geoff, Jupiter sounds really DTBish. Play it Dev please!!!
And add Namaste to the SYL set too

"But I never even had a chance to say goodbye
Y'know I never had a chance to end it all..."
Jupiter is superb.
Kingdom or The Complex or the rest of the album come a close second (straddling the proverbial crotch of Jupiter such is the closeness)
Agree with Danceswithchickens too - this album has an intangible "energy" to it.
