I was wondering, I've heard that this was an album of covers, but songs like these definetely don't sound familiar to me outside of Dev. If they are covers of other songs, who were they originally by? Or am I just hearing things wrong?

I don't know of a single song on the album that's a cover, although I could be wrong, but it'd all just be some obscure stuff. Anyway, I'm checking right now to see if that's true... in the booklet it says, "All material written by Dev. So Ha..." so I guess that explains it there.

There is actually one song on it that was existant prior to the Dev.... It is the choral part immediately following Voices in the Fan, it was a piece called Timor et Tremor by Orlande di Lassus. See:
