I just saw "Papillon", the old Steve McQueen/Dustin Hoffman movie, and right at the end, when they're going to try to leave the island, Papillon (McQueen) realises that they have to wait for the... seventh wave, because it's the one that will take them away past the point of no return, finally allowing them to escape their imprisonment on the island.

I fount it to fit kinda good with the song being an instroduction not only to the album, but to the entire DT solo catalog....

Yeah, I wondered aboot that once, and asked aboot it waaaaaay back...I'm talking pre-dinosaurs here but apparently there is no connection.
