The title's kind of self-explanatory... I've got a friend who has contacts at ESP, and they said that Devin had an 8-string Custom Shop finished in January... so... does he have one, or am I being fed lies?

And, if he has one, is it going to be used on the new album (the "Metal Symphony"), or was it used on Ziltoid the Omniscient at all?

On the "Making of Synchestra" documentary, he told us that he would be contacting ESP to create a custom 8-string guitar.
I don't know if this order went through, if the guitar is finished at all; all I know is I want one too

I figured it was just a photoshoot-only guitar. Dunno for sure, though.
