I know all about the whole Salman Rushdie chant, but what on Earth is Devin saying in the first one? It sounds to me like "we are the people of..." and I can't decipher the rest. Can somebody tell me what he is saying there?

Surely you don't mean the "um nininum ninininum num nininaaa-eyah" one? I'm pretty sure that one isn't anything at all.

yeah thats the one i'm talking about. are we all sure that its just a strange melody (strange and extremely catchy...)? He's really not saying anything there at all?

I think you're trying too hard to hear something.
I'm pretty sure it's just a melody. No matter how hard I try I can't really hear anything other than Ums and Ninis.
