It's Dev "presents" - seems like it's not a Dev gig proper. Also, this page http://theretinalcircus.bandcamp.com/ lists the gig in October.

A) get a passport
B) save up a ton of money (plane tix)
C) save up a ton more money (hotel accomodations, food, tourist shit, etc etc)
D) research what all else I should take into account, considering I've never left the US before

Dittoing everyone on saving up for this. I'm glad it's on a weekend, but it'll be tough pulling it off since I'm in college and what not
