The place to speak about Dev's current projects, and everything yet to come

I've been following Dev on Twitter for a while, and I never saw anything remotely close to that being said. Er, tweeted. Dev has put SYL completely behind him. If you read the 'Deconstruction' thread, Dev explains why he has put SYL away for good in the clearest, most definitive way.

There is no way he could have ever said that.

Huh I am pretty sure he did. I even had a discussion with a friend of mine just how cool it would be to hear SYL songs again.

I am pretty sure it was on Twitter but I cannot figure out how to search tweets of just a single user.

Prepare for disappointment. Devin has spent the last 4 years telling everyone who even brings it up that he's done with it.

Yeah uhhh... I know all this. I have been follow Devy closely as well too on Twitter, these forums and all the interviews and I totally thought I saw him post somewhere that he was going to include some SYL songs. I would have never mentioned it in the first place if I wasn't sure about it. I am not clueless in regards to what Devin has been saying about his past and how he feels.

Then I am mistaken. Thanks.

I'm not entirely sure how reliable that search is though. I've failed to find things before, and I can hardly imagine that Dev never even mentioned SYL in all his tweets.

If that searches also all his tweets of replies to other people then I cannot believe he has never used SYL in the some 12,000 tweets.

I can. He never talks about SYL unless he's asked about it, and even if someone asked him something on Twitter, he probably wouldn't have responded using 'SYL', 'Strapping Young Lad,' or any variation. It would probably be just "Me, we, they,' that kind of thing.

Yeah, sorry to disappoint mate, but SYL is done. And Dev has to keep telling people that because they won't listen.

or "yes", "no" and the likes ;)

and I'm quite sure it is impossible that DT never used the term "syl" a SINGLE time - unless his management taught him well to do so

Aeon Zen are the supports for Notts. So says Rock City's site.

Any idea of the curfew time for the Notts gig? It's on a Saturday. Hopefully done by 10/10:30 as my last train back is at 11:10. :P

No idea about curfew times, I'm afraid.

I can't decide if I like Aeon Zen or not. It's the kind of thing that would have appealed to my 16-year-old self.. so there's certainly something there that appeals, but I'm not sure. Guess the proof will be in March!

Hey there guys!
I'm flying from Chile (Southamerica) to the shows in Zoetermeer and Tilburg, but the links to buy the tickets are not working.
Does anybody know what the problem is?
I HAVE to get a couple tickets or I would have lost my only chance of seeing him live with Anneke!
Would they sell tickets the same day of the show?
Is it too far from Zoemeteer to Tilburg?
Am I asking too much? :o

I would love a little help on this matter... thank you very very much!
