If anyone wanted the Ultimate (or any bundle/cds) from CMDistro but was put off by the shipping, don't go by the shipping table. I used the shipping table to work it out and as I'm in Australia it would have come under the 'every other country' or whatever listing which had the most expensive shipping, I added it up with base shipping then the extra per item and it came out to be ~$32-ish or something, but when I put the Ultimate bundle in my cart and verified paypal and everything I only got charged $9 for shipping, total. So I highly suggest putting it in your cart and going through the process right up until you actually pay so you can see how much it will actually cost for shipping because a $9 value wasn't even in the table so I don't know where it got that from, but I'm pretty happy.

Yeah, the Ultimate bundle is seriously cheap. Due to the strength of the Aussie dollar you're getting two albums, a shirt, a 7" single, a patch and some tracks from Ghost 2 for about $50 including shipping. Going to a local store and you'd be lucky to get two CDs alone for $50.

I'm paying $25 for 2CDs, and god damn I couldn't be happier!

I'm kinda sad about the bundles. I want the one with the 7" vinyl, that's great value, but not available here in the UK. None of the t-shirts on Omerch are particularly ones that I want, and the 2CD bundle is £5 more than everywhere else I've seen based in the UK. InsideOut is a nice bundle that's good value, except that it'll cost more than the CDs in shipping alone, which I really don't understand. I feel left out.

Great Britain is the island of Britain, encapsulating England, Scotland and Wales, and then when you lump in the six counties of Northern Ireland it becomes the United Kingdom. At least that's my understanding of it anyway. Cos you often hear "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" being used...

I hate when we get lumped into the "British Isles" as well. We're part of the Atlantic Archipelago, yes, but we're not affiliated with Britain and are therefore not a British Isle.

Soooooooooo, it sounds like the CenturyMedia and omerch ones are the same single slip and the insideout 'Euro Bundle' is the double slip + wrap.

Hope that clarifies things for anybody still sitting on the fence!

OK, I pre-ordered mine on the 20th and my credit card has still not been billed - has this happened for someone else? I could see that its just that it will be charged when its ready to be sent, but I'd be gutted to find out that something hasn't been processed right and the preorder hasn't gone through properly. Insideout did confirm the pre-order, so aside from not being charged yet all seems well.
