Ordering Deconstruction/Ghost, and other questions

This may have been mentioned in a recent and previous thread. I, though, have a few questions.
Currently the Deconstruction/Ghost CD is not in stock. Do we know when this will be in stock?
and, is this the combo that include bonus materials of some sort? Dev's own page doesn't show that information but on other sites, there is mention of some bonus material upon buying a certain package. Truly, I don't have time to follow this information around, which relates to my next question...
I do not live in America. I live in Korea, and I remember last year I had to have Addicted sent to an American address, then sent here. Will this also be the case this time around?

Somewhat related, I just looked on CMdistro, and the package that was $24 is now $21! GOD DAMMIT!

the only musical bonuses come with the CMDistro preorders. otherwise, Omerch gets you t-shirts with the preorder, and that's pretty much it.

Hmm, totally missed the CMDistro stuff. The $45 package is sold out. Am I supposed to submit to the fact that it will stay this way? I would very much so like to be apart of that order...

Man, I tried to order the $45 package yesterday, but it wouldn't let me because my paypal doesn't have a credit card on it and it needed it for some reason, now I missed that pre-order shirt!

Currently in order to order the pre-order BUNDLE it looks as if one must pay in British Pounds...at least that's what I see when going through the HevyDevy site. I live in Uhmerica and prefer my native currency. Can you point me down an avenue that I can do just that. By the way I am a screaming fan of DT, DTB, DTP and SYL. I have a 2-hour radio slot on a local college station where DT stuff is often played (owned by me, not the station). Anyway, just want to know how I can pre-order American-style.
