Oct. 14 - Rock And Shock - Worcester, MA
I wonder if DTP will headline, considering it's a festival date? They usually have someone halloween-y. Either way - a festival where you can see Dev and meet Lance Henriksen and both Buseys?! YES

So, who's opening? I wish he'd just play for 2 and a half hours. Tesseract was great last year, but I'd much rather just see Devy.

It's also on a Monday for Cleveland, but what the hell. Sacrifices must be made.

I have never seen Devin live. Ever. The one chance I had was with Strapping on Ozzfest and they got stuck on the the Hoover Dam or something and missed the show. And now finally, FINALLY, Dev is somewhere close enough that I can drive to (I mean, he's been to Phoenix before but I wanted to catch his headlining set, and the closest from there was his headlining date in Vegas, still like 8, 9 hours away). Colorado Springs. Only six hours away and totally doable.

But the universe hates me.

Opeth is the very next day in Phoenix. Which I was going to go to.

WHY GOD WHY?!?!?! WHY MUST I SUFFER?!?!?!?!?! :furious: :chain: :chain: :furious: :furious: :chain:

Well, I think I know who I'm definitely going to see, but damn it I wanted to see Opeth.... whatever. If anyone's worth it it's Devin, and my dream of seeing Dev live will be complete.

But I guess this can all be summed up by the entire universe hating New Mexico. Yes, we are indeed a state, and yes, we do love music.

Also it would more than make my life if they did VIP packages like they did last time. Would pay any amount of money.

Yeah that's too bad, but really, is The Machine Shop in Flint any better? Personally I don't think so.

I may or may not go to this since the Detroit date is on a Tuesday so I may be busy.....

I've got a lot of road-trippin' going on around that time for business stuff, BUT I will definitely aim for getting over to Denver! Or Colorado Springs, I have an uncle that I haven't seen in years living there. Either way I'm gonna be driving quite a distance to get there :D

WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS!

edit: I should just try to go to both :D :D

you bring up an interesting point. I've seen them combine tours on this festival, which means we could get jibbed out of a full set. One year I saw the tours of Children of Bodom and Obituary get combined, Obituary played really early and it kinda sucked.

I'll most likelt be at this show, but I'd love to know when this "NY surprise" he alluded to on twitter will be occurring
