Hey,
I have been trying to purchase a VIP ticket for the Ki show on nov 10th at the Union Chapel through the link provided on the Tours page at hevydevy.com, but whenever I try to confirm the transaction all I get is this:
Unable to complete transaction: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

What does this mean? Is the show sold out of VIP tickets as well?
I've been waiting for the Addicted/Decon shows but haven't heard anything about them since the original announcement, so I just wanted to make sure I got to see at least some of the shows. If anyone here knows anything about the above problem or the Addicted/Decon shows, I would love to know since we'll need to book plane tickets soon as well

My guessing is that there's a problem with your card. Have you got another one you can use?
