When will I receive my tickets?

Please note that generally all tickets are sent 2-4 weeks before the show. This is because for most shows we receive the tickets for the event ourselves 2-4 weeks before event date. Once your ticket order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email notification*. Should your selected delivery method contain a tracking number/reference, this will included in the email notification for you to monitor the delivery status.

* please insure that you do check your spam/junk email filters as this email notification can be blocked as spam by certain email applications.

You can also log in to your account on CrowdSurge to check whether your tickets have been sent and retrieve your Tracking Reference Number where applicable.If you’re unable to log in then please refer to our account log in help page. If the event is less than 5 days away and you still have not received any Dispatch Confirmation email then please use the link at the bottom of this page to send us a query. Please include your Order ID number, email address that the tickets were purchased with and the details about the relevant show.

I hope this help those worrying about tickets and when there comming i checked mine today and i have no e-mamil yet about dispath lets hope they come soon. I also asked on there Facebook wall post about this hope to know soon

i was informed that they will most likly be next week and e will get tickets

no problem I was unsure myself when we'd get tickets.

I got my tickets for Ki but not Ghost, even though I ordered them both at the same time. Getting a bit worried now because I'm flying out from Dublin on Wednesday

Crowdsurge, for some god-only-knows-what reason, post everything out separately. Ghost presumably didn't come with Ki because of the three day gap between the two gigs, even if they were bought at the same time. All of mine have come in separate envelopes so far. It's feckin' stupid, really. You'll definitely have it by next Wednesday, I would think. No way they'd cut it that close.

My Ki came alone too; but Addicted and Decon came together so that made me concerned. But if it happened to you too - plus the venue is different. *shrugs*

Yeah, my girlfriend (who ordered tickets for us both) received first Ki, then Addicted and Decon a few days later, so we're all indeed in the same boat.

I haven't got mine for Ki or Ghost yet... Starting to worry since I fly out next Wednesday and I don't trust the post.
Ordered Decon tickets via a different site and they came immediately.

I'm getting a bit worried about Ghost. The others have arrived, but no word about this last set of tickets yet. I leave on the day of Ki, last option to pick up anything from home on the Wednesday before. I'm hoping for an email before the weekend comes.

I've not had any emails about the ghost tickets yet either, but logging in to crowdsurge and looking at the "view/print confirmation" entry for that order, I get this;
