Moog guitars for Devin?

I just saw a video of the Moog guitars on youtube, and was blown away. I can totally picture Devin using this to create some amazing stuff.
Have you heard about these or tried one Devin? I know I want one now...

Seems like a cool thing for King Crimson or Adrian Belew to use! I had a similar idea of somehow sending a signal INTO the guitar and having that produce some kind of resonation.

Yeah, they seem kind of cool, but not terribly impressive. I'd much prefer to blow $6000 on plenty of other musical equipment.

to much $$ to justify. A midi pickup/or guitar midi software and your set. VSTi's by the bucketloads

*cough* Can't you essentially do the same thing with an Ebow? Okay, sure, only one string at a time with an Ebow. I don't mind those limitations.
