That's the ugliest boob-organ-tank I've ever seen.

It does look kinda Ziltoidian to me. Especially the pipe organ. "If you can hear my calliope, hu-man, you are already dead!"

I think the organ/phantom of the opera (judging by the mask) thing is pretty cool, but the rest is perplexing.
