I agree on the food, water and sleep thing. What an amount of time could I save without these useless things.
Back to the coffee topic: I'm on my 4th or 5th cuppo' coffee this day.......I'm on the way to break my very own record!

Coffee is the highlight of my day....I try not to drink more than 2 cups a day, but to try and not have it at all when I'm at work is tough...despite a really scary articale I saw in National geographic a couple of eyars back comparing the brain activity of a non coffee drinker in the morning compared to a coffee drinker who had not yet had their fix...oh well, I don't drink alcohol or smoke or do drugs so I won't give up just yet 

Reality is for people who can't handle their coffee

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to side with the 'tea' folks. Hey, tea can be pretty metal too.
