I saw a vid of dev today playing Hide Nowhere in japan (1999) and it put hairs up on the back of my neck. Gotta do some big gigs at the end of this 4 part project. Put mediocre bands like Coldplay and U2 to shame. Would be otherworldy! I've always wondered if something like what NiN does would tie in well with ur music, with big visuals/LED screens? maybe pyro? (Just dont james hetfield yourself on a firestream!)

Anyway, back onto addicted, what ideas have you got for art direction and progression? Would it be at all relative to the Ki cover work, or something completely clashing?

Sorry to hear shits getting at you. I'd say different people have different ways of dealing with things. I just find a good enough distraction works.

I guarantee dude, when you're working your ass all week doing 10 hour shifts off to keep the student loans company at bay, sorting out a driving license and car (its pretty damn expensive in the UK), finding one barrier after another trying to stop you from getting a band full of potential going, trying to organise another 3 years degree, your own place to live within the next year, and psychotic ex-girlfriends who fake pregnancies and abortions just to "get at you" - and balancing it all to find time for a social life, you'll think 17 year-old stuff is a walk in the park. And I've not got to the nitty gritty of being a 20-something yet!

Time to crack out resident evil 2 and a can of export i reckons!

I call this month the month of missed opportunities. One of them being a free project trip abroad, which I missed due to hotmail failing on me so my application was late. I was a 100% sure pick for the trip, but this late application meant the end of that. Also lost my mp3 player, which I seriously can't afford to do... And yes, the basic relationship shits, but let's just not go there.

I suppose not until it's completely mixed and mastered, much like Ki. So I'm guessing it could take a couple of weeks, maybe?

I'm quite sure he also said "4 months", and I think it was this week. Looks like they're a bit slow...

Well I should have been hanging around the forums a lot more often than I have been. From what I have heard from interviews Addicted sounds like it will be great. Although I am sure it has changed styles since his original idea was developed. I think I remember reading somewhere that he started writing the 3:33 pop metal songs and got fed up after the first one. Either way if it has ideas like Life and/or Storm I know I shall enjoy it.
