Banjo

So, one of the questions that pops into my head every time I hear a banjo is the following: Was it a real banjo or a banjitar? For people unfamiliar with this concept, banjos are tuned differently than guitars, and are much like learning a whole new instrument. However, if you aren't in the market to learn a whole new instrument, banjos exist that are tuned like guitars, therefore making them easier to pick up and play.

So, was it a true kvlt banjo or the less labor-intensive cousin?

I'd assume it was a real banjo, since Devin learned to play it as a kid.

I think one of the videos for Ghost showed Devin playing a "Banjitar" though

When i did the VIP thing at his headlining show a while back, The question i asked was, "What made you start playing the banjo on Ghost?"
He told me that his father played banjo and he was raised in a musical family. So he just always new how to play it and how much he loved to play it, so it just felt right to play some some songs on it.

So he does play the Banjo. Now did he play it for ghost? Yes. But he also might of played some other things as well.

Well, that's something I never expected to hear. Ever.
