Any idea if the girly is a "youth"..because that's the only possible sizing I can see on their sizing charts

No, no idea. They are apparently making them available as they are ready. I haven't been working with them so I can't be more specific.

I'd like to order some stuff too but my most recent abroad parcel got lost, same with my bro's one. Seems like our Glorious National Postal Services went bit tits up recently. And now I'm all nervous about foreign orders. Crap
