Yeah, Dev's doing just 150 of them and there's bound to be 150 sales of that pack over the next 10 days. I guess those who aren't American are indeed screwed on that front. For me it was the 'big hoodie pack' or 'just the cd' - looks like CM just cost Devin $38.

That was the other option, of course - if we know that the CD (at the very least) will be appearing in the HDR eBay store then I'd flick the v's at the CM site and give my cash direct to Devin & Tracy.

Either way, though, I have a chunky wad of cash set aside that I want to throw at them and can't.

From my purely personal and, I suppose, kinda selfish point of view: I'm looking at the stuff I want to buy (the hoodie/drawn cover package) and have the cashola all ready to spend, but looks like I miss out due to... er... being in another country? Welcome to teh interwebs, Century Media.

I'll get over it, and I'm aware that I may sound like a bit of a sook, but right now this has me pretty cheesed. As a consumer I place a fair premium on service and tend to vote with my cash - I'll always support Dev's music to the max and he'll continue get my money, no question... this is not related to Dev at all. But if CM are going to disadvantage willing consumers based on something as old-hat as country of origin I'll take my money elsewhere.

I second that. Maybe there is a way to spare some of the 150 until it's open for everyone? Ironically both CM and Inside Out have their headquarters in germany near my own town...

Taking a step back, in the grand scale of problems the world faces, it's way down the list (it's hardly a natural disaster, famine or ethnic war) but it is frustrating. That's probably a more realistic word.

We'll still get to buy the cd some how or another and that's the important thing at the end of the day. All the rest is gravy.

yeah, I am in EUrope, too... but it's a preorder anyway and it won't ship until release date. Or am I missing anything? So I am just waiting a few days and then preorder using paypal. Looking really forward to that package!
