Many I's will probably end up being called 'Perspective'

and the order currently is something like this:

Fly
Heart Baby
Kawaii
Blackberry
Radial Highway
Watch You (with intro)
Fall
Texada
Perspective
Infinite Ocean (formerly Ocean)
As You Were

...missing a couple, but working them in.

I'm very happy with this one. Kind of outerspace bizarro alien electronic music mixed with old tyme-y bluegrass and folk.

...lots of ambient bits too

should be terrific. I've been looking for something good and mellow to sink my teeth into for a while now (I find bits here and there but rarely a full album), and based on the acoustic gig I got to catch and what have you, I'm stoked.

Yeah, it's mellow... but it's also something else I can't put my finger on... foreboding? snapped? lost? found?

...it's working itself out as I type this.

I love that with artistic projects. I have a couple of scripts I've been sitting on for a while because they keep revealing themselves in new ways that I can't quite put my finger on just yet, but I'll tackle them eventually. Besides anything worth doing is worth taking your time to let these thoughts fully process themselves. What's cool is that since you've been working on these for a while you get that perspective you have from breathing into its initial life, all the way through as it matures as a project.

It's like when a wine ages, or how any lasagna or casserole or any layered dish tastes better the next day.

Of course I could just be communicating out of my rectal larynx.

I finally managed to give Kawaii and Radial Highway a focussed listen (from the acoustic gig in February) and was completely blown away, if that's the represantative style of Ghost, i'd be happy to go alongside!
can't wait for Deconstruction as well, I'm very excited on the reviews to come by media, e-zines and so on and how often the term "SYL" will be used

Considering how extremely good and - above all - UNIQUE the new acoustic material will be, someone should force Devin to enrich our lives here in Europe with some acoustic gigs just as he did in the past in Australia etc, that'd be awesome!

At first I was like why is Mr T recording Ghost first if it's the calm after the storm, but it makes good sense todo it this way round as i'm sure he's gonna be shellshocked after Deconstruction.

Agreed. Dev does acoustic/ambience like no other. Ki is genius.

I'm sure you are aware that Dev doesn't drink currently. So perhaps it's a different kind of moon shine :D

Still regretful I did not learn of Dev's acoustic show in Melbourne until it was too late to register - but I will next time. Oh yes.

Oh man i can't wait! Same with deconstruction.
I'm very influenced by Ki and love cosmic ambient music. I had a gig 2 weeks ago at a caffé where i played cosmic ambient music (backingtracks) and jammed Ki ish music (guitar with a Roland SRV 330) for 20 minutes. :)!
