ive only been a devy fan for a couple of years but i gotta no more about this great flood....

there was a flood in Devland around 2003-2004 and a lot of the master tapes (multitracks, premasters, SYL, solo, et al) were damaged. i asked him about it on Twatter a while ago and he basically said he hasn't even tried to have them looked at by restoration people yet... basically seems to be a lost cause at this point.

I think the bass is too high on these for the most part...but hey, as a free sampler to some of the newbies it's still fantastic! Could argue about the tracklist all day, but it's FREE!
