Hi, desperately hoping someone here can help with this as I honestly don't know where else to go at this point. Ticketmaster sent out my ticket to the Addicted show in london on the 11th, and then fedex fucked up and sent them back to Ticketmaster UK! I have been unable to get a hold of ticketmaster, all they have is a FAQ, and fedex don't give a flying fuck about my ticket

I live overseas and my plane and hotel are already booked, and obviously the shows are sold out or I would just have bought a new ticket... I guess I'm asking if anyone knows anything I could do about this, whether it's somewhere I can get a new ticket or some way to get my old ticket back. I've been looking forward to this like a little kid and saving up since they announced it... I'm pretty desperate. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

But it IS possible to find their stupid message form, one way or another.
Basically, go here: http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/h/help.html - click the first FAQ question, no matter what it says. THEN you get to see a contact tab next to 'Answers' saying 'Ask a Question'. You might also have to do it twice. I did. First time around I got an automatic e-mail, advising me to check out the FAQ. <__<

I tried it but it won't even let me send the question to them because apparently you have to "wait until 5 days before the event".

I think I've found a solution though, my eternally perceptive girlfriend says it looks like there are still VIP tickets available for that show via crowdsurge. Guess i'll get one of them if I can. Already have one for the KI show and what are a few extra work hours in oktober eh? Maybe I can at least get a refund for the old ticket

Well that's odd... I got a reply from them more than a month ago, regarding my Ki ticket (which Fedex graciously almost turned into mud). o_____O

Yeah it's weird as hell... actually found a phone number for them, but unless you're trying to fucking buy something from them, it'll just send you around a prerecorded loop until you give up. Well anyway I've bought a VIP ticket and we'll see you all at the shows

I dont want to sound like a complete excitement killer....but I think you still need the GA ticket to go with the VIP upgrade??? dont 100% quote me on that, but it may still be worth finding out whats going on with your other ticket, just in case.

Didn't buy the upgrade, bought a full VIP package, =119£ right? It says I have a ticket to pick up at the box office on the day of the show so I assume it's in order?
