I think it is safe to say it is not standard. That doesn't mean it won't happen, but on this last US tour they did not happen.

Come on! Devin tours Canada, and yet comes no where near me. I'm never going to get to see him live! The nearest he ever seems to come is Vancouver, and whenever he does a gig there, I always seem to have some financial crisis going on.
