Out of the blue, huh? But your reaction is a tad over on the uncool side too, y'know.

This vid carries an important lesson though: don't stand in the middle of the fucking road like nothing!

yeah, might seem a bit inappropriate to be so angry at once, but think of people who have lost someone in a traffic accident or so.
also, there's a tendency to mistake breaking taboos and hurting people's feelings for humor, especially in the video communities on the net, and i think we shouldn't support this. in this case of the winter-tire commercial, the "killed" popular weatherman is supposed to be funny. he simply isn't. he's an example for a social process of decay that corresponds to our destructive behaviour towards the world.
if you think it's okay to accelerate our downfall as a culture by following the pack in this bad trip, it's your choice, but for the good taste in this community, and for the protection of the easily offended, i'm sticking with my point that videos like that are absolutely not cool. you get that point, don't you?

It is a fine line, ain't it?

Like everything else here, the posting is left up to the judgement of the poster...within the boundaries.

So, something can be perceived as funny/informative/interesting by some, and also offensive by others.
It can be a matter of small degrees, and we'll trust your judgement.

BUT...this ain't ogrish, as I've said before...and anyone attempting to turn it into such will be shown the door.

I can see how that would upset people and a warning would have been appropriate, real or fake.

But Ike... You REALLY didn't see that coming a few seconds into the vid?

Things you like to see...

Frankly, I think it's disgusting to see animals exploited in this manner.

Where do people get off removing animals from their natural habitat solely for the amusement of children and child like adults. Why oh why must I be exposed to this type of unlabeled cruelty when it is so easy to forewarn users with cautionary alerts. I demand a parental advisory sticker immediately or I will be forced to report this incident to the highest known authority on such matters (Mr Snuffelupagus).

Ok Biert, no need to be sarcastic. Unless you are as cool as me (that was sarcastic). I pity anyone who is on a par with me on the cool-o-meter.

ANYWAY...

Nice bouncy balls! You know, I just assumed they were CG in that advert. Nice to see that I was wrong.
