I don't know CSI Miami (I mean I heard of it, but never really watched it), but I fuckin' do know this scream. Aren't you talking about the one at the end of the instrumental section towards the end of the song? Anyway, the scream is also featured in the Tenacious D movie. And damn, this song brings back memories. The Who. Roger Daltrey spinning his mic and throwing it around. My first air guitar extravaganzas... Hell yeah
