Welcome back man, long time no see. I'll be checking it out. I know Michael Bay isn't the finest filmmaker of all time but it looks pretty decent to me.

It's Transformers, I'm a geek.... Match made in heaven.
Yes, I'll be seeing it in theaters. It will probably suck a$$, just like the trailer, but ... I'm a geek.

Nothing can beat the original Transformers movie!

I remember you talking about your Mum's passing and noticed you kinda disappeared from the forum after that. Glad to hear you're taking steps to put your lives together again. All the best mate! :D

The bots look way too slick. Less Matrix, more Bronson please.

I'd go see it if it was called "Giant robot movie " but this pile of monkey poo is not transformers.

I wont bore you lovely people with all the reasons i think its wrong, it would just have been nice if the project was overseen by someone who remotely cared about the original cartoon.

Looks like serious collision with life. Wish you luck, man.

BTW, screw Transformers, Big Ass Badgers are way cooler:

As a Transformers fan, I'm going to skip the movie. If it's as bad as I think it's going to be, I will be forced to tear down my posters. I won't let that happen.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's going to be bad, too. I think The Rock was the last Michael Bay movie that I actually enjoyed most of.

The trailer I saw was all effects, nothing more..I'm sure it could be pretty awful. Still I'd give it a shot, could be one of those movies that works at the cinema only. You see it once, enjoy the popcorn action and then forget about it.

Growing up, I basically found solace in the Transformers. My twin sister was a HUGE girly-girl and my mom favored her instead of me, the tomboy. I used to get mad at my sister for being spoiled, so whenever she got a new barbie, I'd cut off it's hair and make my transformers kill them. :D I did have transformers bedsheets, curtains, socks, t-shirts, a bathing suit and just about every toy ever made, thanks to my father. I will be seeing this movie, because if it sucks, it won't ruin the Transformers for me...it'll ruin any respect (little that there is) for Michael Bay.

I wish I still had all my toys.
