I think they do that in all the Blizzard RTSs. Some of them in Starcraft were very entertaining. WCIII too.

... which ends in staring at your base for about an hour, only creating troops and vehicles and endlessly hearing "reinforcements ready" over and over and over again.
Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but this does not sound like something a person without any patience would be doing.
