This is an old oldie. "The Man Who Came To Dinner" 1942.

Even my son laughed at some of Monty Woolley's cutting insults. The dialogue is incredibly fast and you have got to admire actors who can do that. Yes, a lot of the references are now very out of date and so the jokes will be lost on many but much of it is still wonderful. All in all, still worth seeing even if only for a bit of US movie history.

Keeker, no need to mention that we all know it. And there's no need to refer to yourself as "This"

Put it this way, Steph:

Some stuff happens at the start, then things roll on from there...and then this guy...well, stuff happens to him.
It gets really intense around that time, with all kinds of stuff going on, and then, after that thing happens? Well, you really know you're watching a movie then.
The bit with all the scenes in it? Amazing. I couldn't believe it. And then there was all that acting. Woah!

You'll really like it. D.D-L is a great actor.

Thanks Coma, you saved my life. You just made this thread and all movies and discussion about movies totally obsolete :D

Hitman Never played the game so story was "fresh" to me. Nothing special here, Timothy Olyphant is cool actor but this one was somewhat waste of his talents. Oh yeah, British movie called Flood also, and boy what a waste of time. This was actually so boring that i did not finish it, lots and lots of water in London and some swimming and drowning. And troubled father/son relation thrown in the mix, BS...

I have to confess that I don't really mind knowing what happens. If it is a good film it won't detract from my enjoyment and it wouldn't, under normal circumstances, 'spoil' it for me. Sorry. :?
