Not a fan of snakes, Alucard?

Nope not really...Had to pull a copper head snake out of a persons air conditioner about a week ago, it was dead for about a day or so...so it smelled horrible. Interesting situation though.

Nasty. That must've been pretty awful, huh? At least it was dead I guess, couldn't bite you Anyone hear about that python that got under someone's car hood, and asploded when the owner drove the car? It was a news item some time ago. Or maybe I just saw that on Ripley's Believe it or Not.

Yalls have heard of Camel Spiders, yeah? I don't know if many Americans (or non-Americans) realized these things existed until troops went into the middle east, and that picture of some soldiers holding two up surfaced on the nets.

Camel Spiders creep me out. I'm not exactly afraid of spiders, I just dont like the venomous ones...

I'm not a fan of big hairy insects/spiders. I always think that they can somehow devour me in an instant, even though it's physically impossible.

I'm more interested in Abydost's findings with his 7-string, as I have the same guitar and put new strings on it yesterday. My lowest one is only a 52 though, since I still have it in standard tuning. Thing is a bitch to set up properly... I've had it over a year and I'm still not happy with it (then again I don't play it that often.. sort of a Catch 22 thing).

New random thought: I've spent 2.5 hours talking about Tolkien/LOTR with my brother. Then we ended up talking about Acid House somehow, and our dislike of acid house.

I'm incredibly happy with my ESP LTD M207. I've loved it since I got it, and it is still one of the best sounding/playing guitars. I had an Ibanez 7 once, not the model you guys have, but I didnt really like it...

Yeah I haven't tried any other 7-strings but it does kinda feel... cheap D: I just want the right tension on the 7th, 0.066" is still too floppy, works in B though.

lol yeah it was epic. No dude, embrace the nerdity - there's many other people in the same boat. No lie, part of that 2 and a half hours was spent looking through maps of middle-Earth
