Just bought tickets to see Fleetwood Mac in Madison Square Garden. Also, met Roger Moore today. It's been a pretty eventful day.

My mom was going to the shop and asked if I wanted anything. I requested chocolate; "a surprise" because I eat anything and everything, being a fatty. She returned from her stroll and presented me with a Honeycomb Yorkie, stating "This is for you". However; to my dismay, there was a logo on the packet which read "IT'S NOT FOR GIRLS!".

Which made me wonder if I have some sort of birth defect which my mother neglected to inform me of. Now I don't know whether or not to eat it.

^ Wait, what?

Is that some really lame way of being tongue in cheek, or is there some actual reason why girls shouldn't eat it? I don't know about the product. In any case, it should be yanked from stores and discontinued :?

Random thought:
Yesterday was my first day working at Pier 1 Imports. It was nutz, it was a little bit terrifying, and I asked the manager questions about every 2 seconds

It's such a people/customer friendly business, and I'm a complete introvert. I kinda just wanted to stay hidden behind the candle table and stick Clearance stickers on the sale items, seemed a little less intense. My arms really really hurt from carrying this chest from the store to someone's car. I had to search for buttons on the cash register, and it probably looked kind of silly. There's no gum allowed, and you have to dress nicely.

I'm not used to dressing nicely or not getting to chew gum. I feel like the biggest noob ever.

It's petty stuff, but a new job is always hard. *sigh* gotta get up and do it again tomorrow :help:

Is it normal to want to violently beat your band members to death?

Also Gultch, keep in mind it's perfectly normal for a guitarist to cry when you take away his solos.

I don't want to end up buying it, realise Vista is a bit sucky, and then see Windows 7 come out not long after.
Though i supppose i could always just download it when it comes out...

Dude, the OS is nothing to worry about. I'd say go with XP if you don't want silly bugs and annoying things.

Yea a mac, for those who have no computer knowledge what so ever, let Steve Jobs and co. tell YOU whats good for YOUR computer!

But seriously I would take mac for recording purposes only really...or a Mac Book Pro because they are pretty bad ass...
