In other news, metalsucks.net called Scar Symmetry "Death Jovi", which kinda sums up my feelings about their melodic parts.

Sadder bit that "deathcore" is considered a real genre, while death jovi is obvious joke (metalsucks loves them).
I think we'll run out of genre names soon. In case no one did it yet, I reserve my intellectual rights for a term "blackore" for black metal with breakdowns and sleeveless shirts.
