WOW that was awful. Damn. I quite like Threat Signal's Under Reprisal, but his voice sounds atrocious here! Horribly generic and bland overall. If Christian and Raymond were hoping this could stick it to the new Fear Factory stuff they're in for a nasty shock, I'd say. Nearly anything would sound better than that!

I bought Arkaea's album. And I have to absolutely agree on the vocals. Jon is sounding like shit now. Very generic and uninspired.

Which sucks because I agree with Leech, Under Reprisal was rather good.

I like the music of Arkaea, but that's not surprising as it has 2/3 of Fear Factory's rhythm section.

It's not less WTF now then it was before, right right?! =D

I was clicking around looking for Meshuggah videos, and I saw that ... and thought, cool I haven't seen this before. And then lo and behold...

I invited three girls I know to bring their significant others out for a drink as an "I'm fucking off for a while" party. I texted them to change the venue to a quieter place and one texted back that instead of just bringing her boyfriend (who is dumping her at the end of this month to go back to sinky Yak land where he eats plumpy nuts in his slum) she's bringing her two cousins who are fucking idiots that wreck my head, maybe bringing her brother (who's nice) and another Bangladeshy guy I don't know but because he's friends with her ex, he'll probably be a fucking douche.

Also my other friend's boyfriend can't go because he's working which is ok really but it's annoying too because Mark's being a dick about going out... He most likely won't want to talk to the only other two guys there and if my friend's brother doesn't go that means I can't just have a chat with the three people I initially went out to see.

I'm thinking of telling the stupid idiot "friend" that it's not really on and just going out with the two girls I'm properly friends with, one of their girlfriends (who I love) and Mark. But if I do that then she'll probably cop on that it's just because she's invited an entourage and we might meet them in town because it's not very big and we'll want to go to similar places. And it'll definitely mean that I can't go clubbing with them. Fuck sake. She wants to go doing fucking karaoke.
