finished Halo ODST on Legendary all by myself just for the challange and boy, it sure was challenging alone. Now I'm trying to finish Halo 3 on Legendary by myself and that's even more difficult! Oh well, I'll probably quit doing that soon anyways because Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls should be arriving soon and then my ole 360 will get a break for a while....maybe

it will be nice to use my PS3 again for gaming after a long while. I've only been watching movies on it for the past monts

Tell us how both games are. I read that Demon's Souls is From Software's return to great RPGs that arent a cake walk. Read that it's very easy to die in it.

I'm also pretty curious about Uncharted 2, seeing as I never played more than a demo of Uncharted 1. Reminded me of Tomb Raider in the old days.

I did hear about that too. It does look like an awesome game but I sure hope that its difficulty won't make me throw my PS3 controller out of the window! And speaking of RPG's...I'm very much looking forward to Dragon Age: Origins. That one may be pretty damn sweet too.

I haven't heard of these RPG's for PS3, could you shed some light? I've been waiting on Diablo III for too long.

I'll consider it if I can get it second hand for really cheap... I'm conserving my (currently non-existent) money for Fairytale Fights.

The game is so short...Beat in 2 nights. And that's with doing a lot of side quests and roaming to find things within the game.

Ending was good though. A little different than you would think when you get close to it. The very last cutscene is hilariously ironic.

Is there any incentive to bother playing through again for any reason? Any alternate ways of doing things or storylines or anything? If not then that's definitely not worth wasting money on. That's ridiculously short!

Well the story is good and it is definitely funny. I'll be playing through it again on the hardest difficulty for the achievement and just because I loved the story.

I really wish I knew if there are other ways of doing things, etc. But I dont at the moment

It's not THAT short.

I've certainly fiddled around for more than 10 hours. it's just not a 20 hour game.

Multiplayer's cool though.

And any support we can give schafer is good support.

Eh, I'd rather pick up Demon's Souls. has anyone tried the game?

I have demons souls, i imported it a while ago from asia cos it's not coming to europe.
It's a great game and every ps3 owner should atleast try it. it's not for everyone though so maybe renting it first would be a good thing to do if you're sceptical. It's brutally punishing in the beginning but dont give up!
I've put at least 100+ hours in it already and it hasn't gotten boring yet!

Other games you gotta check out if you're using a ps3 are killzone 2, Uncharted 1 & 2 (best storytelling in a game.... ever!)
