I got a Dreamcast myself...mighty sweet!

finished Uncharted 2 yesterday...that game is pretty awesome. It looks awesome, plays well and it's just fun. I actually played the majority of this game in one sitting as I just didn't want to stop. Been playing Borderlands today, took me a while to get to Level 10 and it's more difficult than I thought, at least the boss battles are. But it's fun, especially finding new, crazy weapons and all the fun that comes with that. Also, I played a bit of Red Faction today and liked it more than I thought. It's a whole lot of fun actually, partly because you can destroy just about anything in that game.

Borderlands' level system is weird. If an enemy is as high as 2 levels above you they can basically tear you apart. Even at level 50 fighting enemies that are highest level 51 the game is hard as can be.

I think the fact that there are over 3 million possible weapon combination is what keeps me going back and trying to find the different guns. It's like a thrill to find new weapons that are different than anything you've seen before in the game.

Borderlands is a tough one. You reach a certain level and fight enemies that are on the same level as you or lower and you still may get your ass handed to ya  I'm right at Level 17 now and will kick Sledge's (think that's his name) ass next. Oooooor he kicks my ass...which is a bit more likely.

@AlucardXIX: How the hell did you reach Level 50 that quickly?!?!?!?

Boosting in friends' games. I had a friend who flew threw his first 2 play throughs and me and a few others just kept jumping into his game and getting ridiculous experience.

Haha, that's pretty good. :P

Borderlands looks crazy, the RPG aspect puts me off a little. I have a habit of fucking up RPGs. xD

you can't really fuck it up....the RPG elements are pretty simple, there's not much story and there's not the type of dialogues that you find in Fallout 3, for example. The only times people talk to you is when they give you missions and you either accept them or you don't. It's challenging though, that is part of the fun.

has anyone played the Left 4 Dead 2 demo yet? I heard people who preordered the game are able to download it now. I'd like to hear some thoughts because I'm still somewhat sceptical, although I'll buy it anyways...tee hee

It's out on Xbox, I'm waiting on the PC version. Delayed 26 hours and counting.

Ah, that's alright then. I've played FF, Fallout, Oblivion, etc, and I end up somehow breaking the game. :P

And no I haven't played the L4D2 demo, but I'd love too. :D Once anyone plays it, let us know if its good. 8)
